What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credits cards & PayPal. Should you wish to spread your purchase over three monthly payments we also offer Klarna at checkout.

Will the charge appear discreetly on my credit card statement?

Yes transactions will show with the reference FTP-UK.

Shipping & Delivery

Is my purchase discreet?

Yes all of our the products are sent out to you discreetly in brown paper packaging

How is my order shipped?

All parcels are sent using the Royal Mail tracked service. At checkout you can select 24 or 48 hour delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom. We will be adding European and International delivery options in the near future.

What is the estimated delivery time?

It depends on the postage method that you choose. We offer Royal Mail tracked 24 which will arrive within 1 -2 days depending on the time of your order. We also offer Royal Mail tracked 48 which can take 2 – 3 days depending on the time of day you place your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes you will receive dispatch notifications with details of the Royal Mail tracking number.

How do I know which product is right for me?

It depends on what makes you feel good, You need to explore this, maybe buy a few different products and see what makes you feel good. We try to include as much product information as possible to help you select the correct item.

Is it necessary to use lubricant with the toys?

Using lubricant is a personal preference, water based lubricant is recommended when using anal toys especially when using silicone toys as silicone lubricant does not work well with silicone toys.

Safety and Care

How do I clean my toys?

Rinse your toy with warm water & wipe away any surface dirt using liquid soap. We also sell antibacterial wipes which can be used depending on the material of the product. See the specific product guidelines for more details.  

How should I store my toys?

Toys should be clean and dry before being put away, storage should be in a discreet place. 


Are batteries included?

Yes batteries can be provided if required. Details are available when selecting your product and adding it to the basket.
