Returns Policy
We at the Fortheplay aim to provide you with products that you are fully satisfied with. However, if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item that you are not happy with within 21 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. All returned products must be unopened, unworn, or unused and returned with all accessories that were included with your item.
Returns Policy Detail
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms must be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 21 days from the day your customer received their order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in its original packaging.
7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 24 hours of being delivered.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods.

Broken or Faulty Item Returns
If an item is faulty, we will replace or refund your item at our discretion. For these returns we offer a Freepost address for UK returns only. Please email us for this returns address.
Any discrepancies or damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours of being delivered.
All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to you.
Any products that are returned to us and are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy will be held for 30 days. After 30 days if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, no refund will be given.
Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months, we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
Refund process time
If you would like to return an item, Fortheplay will refund you within 7 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled to a refund. Please Note: this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 21 day returns period or is faulty.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full. However, if there is more than the returned/faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
If we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the post office as proof of postage, as Fortheplay reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We at Fortheplay will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
